As the Dalai Lama once said “If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion. Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can’t help them, at least don’t hurt them.” We are so very happy and honored to have had the chance to meet His Holiness and listen to his wise words. He has said “the ultimate source of happiness is not money and power, but warmheartedness.”

We take these words seriously and apply them to our work every day and urge others to practice compassion and warmheartedness with everyone around you, no matter where you are. For “happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions.”
