On January 18, I travel to Nepal again.

I am currently preparing myself with purchases of food, fuel, medicines, etc., and going through the equipment. I will pack warm clothes this time as it is now winter there. However, not quite as cold as here at home in Sweden now luckily. I will stay in my two-man tent and cook my own food as I usually do. I will be staying for about two weeks.

The purpose of this trip is to visit Ratankot to see how the reconstruction of the Home of Hope is progressing and will try to help with the construction of wooden roof trusses. The foundation is in place and the walls have begun to be built so it looks very hopeful that we will be able to have the inauguration in late April!

We will replenish the medical stock that Shyam has and also hope to bring some rice to the villagers.

I will bring warm homemade knitted sweaters for the children; we have received jumpers donated by women in Mariestad who have met to knit for children in Nepal!

I will write a diary as I usually do!
