Two young boys from the Ratankot school in Nepal near Home of Hope planing wood for the new technical workshop we helped put together during our recent trip to Nepal in November 2017.

The technical workshop was built in honor of Martin Lundstedt’s 50th birthday. The school children continue to learn wood crafting skills each week. They have made stools to sit on, small tables, boxes to put items in and have learned how to properly attach hinges, cut and nail. The skills and education that these children are learning in the workshop will be something that they can take and use in their future careers or daily lives to be self-sufficient.

We are so happy to see that the workshop continues to be a source of inspiration, imagination and education for the school children of Ratankot in Nepal!
